Built automated multilingual (EN/ES) evaluation workflows using Python and SQL supporting production AI QA and fairness reviews at scale (10,000+ daily outputs).

Led cross-functional teams to design and deploy NLP models, AI sentiment analysis, and analytics platforms. Built AI assistants and automated workflows using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Power Platform.
